Ps 145

AA Psalm of praise. Of David. I will exalt You, my God and King; I will bless Your name forever and ever. (LXX 144:1; Rahlfs 144:1) תְּהִלָּ֗ה לְדָ֫וִ֥ד אֲרוֹמִמְךָ֣ אֱלוֹהַ֣י הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַאֲבָרֲכָ֥ה שִׁ֝מְךָ֗ לְעוֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃ 2Every day I will bless You, and I will praise Your name forever and ever. (LXX 144:2; Rahlfs 144:2) בְּכָל־י֥וֹם אֲבָרֲכֶ֑ךָּ וַאֲהַלְלָ֥ה שִׁ֝מְךָ֗ לְעוֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃ 3Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised; His greatness is unsearchable. (LXX 144:3; Rahlfs 144:3) גָּ֘ד֤וֹל יְהוָ֣ה וּמְהֻלָּ֣ל מְאֹ֑ד וְ֝לִגְדֻלָּת֗וֹ אֵ֣ין חֵֽקֶר׃ 4One generation will commend Your works to the next, and will proclaim Your mighty acts— (LXX 144:4; Rahlfs 144:4) דּ֣וֹר לְ֭דוֹר יְשַׁבַּ֣ח מַעֲשֶׂ֑יךָ וּגְב֖וּרֹתֶ֣יךָ יַגִּֽידוּ׃ 5the glorious splendor of Your majesty. And I will meditate on Your wondrous works. (LXX 144:5; Rahlfs 144:5) הֲ֭דַר כְּב֣וֹד הוֹדֶ֑ךָ וְדִבְרֵ֖י נִפְלְאוֹתֶ֣יךָ אָשִֽׂיחָה׃ 6They will proclaim the power of Your awesome deeds, and I will declare Your greatness. (LXX 144:6; Rahlfs 144:6) וֶעֱז֣וּז נוֹרְאֹתֶ֣יךָ יֹאמֵ֑רוּ וגדולתיך אֲסַפְּרֶֽנָּה׃ 7They will extol the fame of Your abundant goodness and sing joyfully of Your righteousness. (LXX 144:7; Rahlfs 144:7) זֵ֣כֶר רַב־טוּבְךָ֣ יַבִּ֑יעוּ וְצִדְקָתְךָ֥ יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃ 8The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in loving devotion. (LXX 144:8; Rahlfs 144:8) חַנּ֣וּן וְרַח֣וּם יְהוָ֑ה אֶ֥רֶךְ אַ֝פַּ֗יִם וּגְדָל־חָֽסֶד׃ 9The Lord is good to all; His compassion rests on all He has made. (LXX 144:9; Rahlfs 144:9) טוֹב־יְהוָ֥ה לַכֹּ֑ל וְ֝רַחֲמָ֗יו עַל־כָּל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃ 10All You have made will give You thanks, O Lord, and Your saints will bless You. (LXX 144:10; Rahlfs 144:10) יוֹד֣וּךָ יְ֭הוָה כָּל־מַעֲשֶׂ֑יךָ וַ֝חֲסִידֶ֗יךָ יְבָרֲכֽוּכָה׃ 11They will tell of the glory of Your kingdom and speak of Your might, (LXX 144:11; Rahlfs 144:11) כְּב֣וֹד מַלְכוּתְךָ֣ יֹאמֵ֑רוּ וּגְבוּרָתְךָ֥ יְדַבֵּֽרוּ׃ 12to make known to men Your mighty acts and the glorious splendor of Your kingdom. (LXX 144:12; Rahlfs 144:12) לְהוֹדִ֤יעַ ׀ לִבְנֵ֣י הָ֭אָדָם גְּבוּרֹתָ֑יו וּ֝כְב֗וֹד הֲדַ֣ר מַלְכוּתֽוֹ׃ 13Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures through all generations. The Lord is faithful in all His words and kind in all His actions. (LXX 144:13; Rahlfs 144:13) מַֽלְכוּתְךָ֗ מַלְכ֥וּת כָּל־עֹֽלָמִ֑ים וּ֝מֶֽמְשֶׁלְתְּךָ֗ בְּכָל־דּ֥וֹר וָדֽוֹר׃ 14The Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down. (LXX 144:14; Rahlfs 144:14) סוֹמֵ֣ךְ יְ֭הוָה לְכָל־הַנֹּפְלִ֑ים וְ֝זוֹקֵ֗ף לְכָל־הַכְּפוּפִֽים׃ 15The eyes of all look to You, and You give them their food in season. (LXX 144:15; Rahlfs 144:15) עֵֽינֵי־כֹ֭ל אֵלֶ֣יךָ יְשַׂבֵּ֑רוּ וְאַתָּ֤ה נֽוֹתֵן־לָהֶ֖ם אֶת־אָכְלָ֣ם בְּעִתּֽוֹ׃ 16You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing. (LXX 144:16; Rahlfs 144:16) פּוֹתֵ֥חַ אֶת־יָדֶ֑ךָ וּמַשְׂבִּ֖יעַ לְכָל־חַ֣י רָצֽוֹן׃ 17The Lord is righteous in all His ways and kind in all His deeds. (LXX 144:17; Rahlfs 144:17) צַדִּ֣יק יְ֭הוָה בְּכָל־דְּרָכָ֑יו וְ֝חָסִ֗יד בְּכָל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃ 18The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call out to Him in truth. (LXX 144:18; Rahlfs 144:18) קָר֣וֹב יְ֭הוָה לְכָל־קֹרְאָ֑יו לְכֹ֤ל אֲשֶׁ֖ר יִקְרָאֻ֣הוּ בֶאֱמֶֽת׃ 19He fulfills the desires of those who fear Him; He hears their cry and saves them. (LXX 144:19; Rahlfs 144:19) רְצוֹן־יְרֵאָ֥יו יַעֲשֶׂ֑ה וְֽאֶת־שַׁוְעָתָ֥ם יִ֝שְׁמַ֗ע וְיוֹשִׁיעֵֽם׃ 20The Lord preserves all who love Him, but all the wicked He will destroy. (LXX 144:20; Rahlfs 144:20) שׁוֹמֵ֣ר יְ֭הוָה אֶת־כָּל־אֹהֲבָ֑יו וְאֵ֖ת כָּל־הָרְשָׁעִ֣ים יַשְׁמִֽיד׃ 21My mouth will declare the praise of the Lord; let every creature bless His holy name forever and ever. (LXX 144:21; Rahlfs 144:21) תְּהִלַּ֥ת יְהוָ֗ה יְֽדַבֶּ֫ר־פִּ֥י וִיבָרֵ֣ךְ כָּל־בָּ֭שָׂר שֵׁ֥ם קָדְשׁ֗וֹ לְעוֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃
