Ps 95

CCome, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout to the Rock of our salvation! (LXX 94:1; Rahlfs 94:1) לְ֭כוּ נְרַנְּנָ֣ה לַיהוָ֑ה נָ֝רִ֗יעָה לְצ֣וּר יִשְׁעֵֽנוּ׃ 2Let us enter His presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him in song. (LXX 94:2; Rahlfs 94:2) נְקַדְּמָ֣ה פָנָ֣יו בְּתוֹדָ֑ה בִּ֝זְמִר֗וֹת נָרִ֥יעַֽ לֽוֹ׃ 3For the Lord is a great God, a great King above all gods. (LXX 94:3; Rahlfs 94:3) כִּ֤י אֵ֣ל גָּד֣וֹל יְהוָ֑ה וּמֶ֥לֶךְ גָּ֝ד֗וֹל עַל־כָּל־אֱלֹהִֽים׃ 4In His hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to Him. (LXX 94:4; Rahlfs 94:4) אֲשֶׁ֣ר בְּ֭יָדוֹ מֶחְקְרֵי־אָ֑רֶץ וְתוֹעֲפ֖וֹת הָרִ֣ים לֽוֹ׃ 5The sea is His, for He made it, and His hands formed the dry land. (LXX 94:5; Rahlfs 94:5) אֲשֶׁר־ל֣וֹ הַ֭יָּם וְה֣וּא עָשָׂ֑הוּ וְ֝יַבֶּ֗שֶׁת יָדָ֥יו יָצָֽרוּ׃ 6O come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. (LXX 94:6; Rahlfs 94:6) בֹּ֭אוּ נִשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֣ה וְנִכְרָ֑עָה נִ֝בְרְכָ֗ה לִֽפְנֵי־יְהוָ֥ה עֹשֵֽׂנוּ׃ 7For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, the sheep under His care. Today, if you hear His voice, (LXX 94:7; Rahlfs 94:7) כִּ֘י ה֤וּא אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ וַאֲנַ֤חְנוּ עַ֣ם מַ֭רְעִיתוֹ וְצֹ֣אן יָד֑וֹ הַ֝יּ֗וֹם אִֽם־בְּקֹל֥וֹ תִשְׁמָֽעוּ׃ 8do not harden your hearts as you did at Meribah, in the day at Massah in the wilderness, (LXX 94:8; Rahlfs 94:8) אַל־תַּקְשׁ֣וּ לְ֭בַבְכֶם כִּמְרִיבָ֑ה כְּי֥וֹם מַ֝סָּ֗ה בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃ 9where your fathers tested and tried Me, though they had seen My work. (LXX 94:9; Rahlfs 94:9) אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִ֭סּוּנִי אֲבוֹתֵיכֶ֑ם בְּ֝חָנ֗וּנִי גַּם־רָא֥וּ פָעֳלִֽי׃ 10For forty years I was angry with that generation, and I said, “They are a people whose hearts go astray, and they have not known My ways.” (LXX 94:10; Rahlfs 94:10) אַרְבָּ֘עִ֤ים שָׁנָ֨ה ׀ אָ֘ק֤וּט בְּד֗וֹר וָאֹמַ֗ר עַ֤ם תֹּעֵ֣י לֵבָ֣ב הֵ֑ם וְ֝הֵ֗ם לֹא־יָדְע֥וּ דְרָכָֽי׃ 11So I swore on oath in My anger, “They shall never enter My rest.” (LXX 94:11; Rahlfs 94:11) אֲשֶׁר־נִשְׁבַּ֥עְתִּי בְאַפִּ֑י אִם־יְ֝בֹא֗וּן אֶל־מְנוּחָתִֽי׃
