Ps 99

TThe Lord reigns; let the nations tremble! He is enthroned above the cherubim; let the earth quake! (LXX 98:1; Rahlfs 98:1) יְהוָ֣ה מָ֭לָךְ יִרְגְּז֣וּ עַמִּ֑ים יֹשֵׁ֥ב כְּ֝רוּבִ֗ים תָּנ֥וּט הָאָֽרֶץ׃ 2Great is the Lord in Zion; He is exalted above all the peoples. (LXX 98:2; Rahlfs 98:2) יְ֭הוָה בְּצִיּ֣וֹן גָּד֑וֹל וְרָ֥ם ה֝֗וּא עַל־כָּל־הָֽעַמִּֽים׃ 3Let them praise Your great and awesome name—He is holy! (LXX 98:3; Rahlfs 98:3) יוֹד֣וּ שִׁ֭מְךָ גָּד֥וֹל וְנוֹרָ֗א קָד֥וֹשׁ הֽוּא׃ 4The mighty King loves justice. You have established equity; You have exercised justice and righteousness in Jacob. (LXX 98:4; Rahlfs 98:4) וְעֹ֥ז מֶלֶךְ֮ מִשְׁפָּ֪ט אָ֫הֵ֥ב אַ֭תָּה כּוֹנַ֣נְתָּ מֵישָׁרִ֑ים מִשְׁפָּ֥ט וּ֝צְדָקָ֗ה בְּיַעֲקֹ֤ב ׀ אַתָּ֬ה עָשִֽׂיתָ׃ 5Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at His footstool; He is holy! (LXX 98:5; Rahlfs 98:5) רֽוֹמְמ֡וּ יְה֘וָ֤ה אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ וְֽ֭הִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לַהֲדֹ֥ם רַגְלָ֗יו קָד֥וֹשׁ הֽוּא׃ 6Moses and Aaron were among His priests; Samuel was among those who called on His name. They called to the Lord and He answered. (LXX 98:6; Rahlfs 98:6) מֹ֘שֶׁ֤ה וְאַהֲרֹ֨ן ׀ בְּֽכֹהֲנָ֗יו וּ֭שְׁמוּאֵל בְּקֹרְאֵ֣י שְׁמ֑וֹ קֹרִ֥אים אֶל־יְ֝הוָ֗ה וְה֣וּא יַעֲנֵֽם׃ 7He spoke to them from the pillar of cloud; they kept His decrees and the statutes He gave them. (LXX 98:7; Rahlfs 98:7) בְּעַמּ֣וּד עָ֭נָן יְדַבֵּ֣ר אֲלֵיהֶ֑ם שָׁמְר֥וּ עֵ֝דֹתָ֗יו וְחֹ֣ק נָֽתַן־לָֽמוֹ׃ 8O Lord our God, You answered them. You were a forgiving God to them, yet an avenger of their misdeeds. (LXX 98:8; Rahlfs 98:8) יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵינוּ֮ אַתָּ֪ה עֲנִ֫יתָ֥ם אֵ֣ל נֹ֭שֵׂא הָיִ֣יתָ לָהֶ֑ם וְ֝נֹקֵ֗ם עַל־עֲלִילוֹתָֽם׃ 9Exalt the Lord our God and worship at His holy mountain, for the Lord our God is holy. (LXX 98:9; Rahlfs 98:9) רֽוֹמְמ֡וּ יְה֘וָ֤ה אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ וְ֭הִֽשְׁתַּחֲווּ לְהַ֣ר קָדְשׁ֑וֹ כִּֽי־קָ֝ד֗וֹשׁ יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃
