Print χάρις τῷ θεῷ with medium confidence. B and the abrupt exclamation best explain the rest: δέ links it to 7:24, εὐχαριστῶ is a smoother thanksgiving, and the Western ἡ χάρις τοῦ θεοῦ turns it into the answer to "Who will rescue me?" χάρις δέ (ℵa C²) is the main alternative.
