Print SBLGNT's κρίνει, with low confidence, since this is an editorial choice of accent, not a manuscript variant. Both accents refer to the future judgment, so the meaning is the same (see note.language.Rom.2.16.attachment).

WH, NA28 and SBLGNT accent κρίνει (present). Treg and RP2018 accent κρινεῖ (future), and WH give κρινεῖ in the margin (p. 354). The TR is cited as κρινεῖ from the accented rebuild of Scrivener 1894 (library/verse.tr-scrivener1894.jsonl, accents from STEP Bible); the raw Scrivener file is unaccented, so it cannot confirm the accent, and the TR mismatch report has no line for Rom 2:16. Tischendorf's text prints κρινεῖ.

Manuscripts: the early majuscules have no accents, so the letters ΚΡΙΝΕΙ support both readings equally; the readings above are editions, not manuscripts. A Latin future (iudicabit, as in the Vulgate) cannot decide between a futuristic present and a future, so the versions are not cited.

Internal: the future suits the day still to come (2:5, 12). A present after ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ὅτε can carry future reference (a futuristic present).
