Internal: Paul uses both orders (Eph 4:31 θυμὸς καὶ ὀργή; Col 3:8 ὀργήν, θυμόν). ὀργή leads elsewhere in this context (1:18; 2:5), so the reversal is more likely a scribal habit than Paul's.
